If your original tour needed to be postponed but you have not yet been notified of your Group Leader’s decision or been issued a voucher, you may request a voucher or choose the available refund option by calling Customer Service.

Do travel agents work with EF?
Travel agents with a valid ARC or IATA number will receive a $200 per person commission for any reservations made by new customers referred to EF Go Ahead Tours. Payment will be issued no sooner than 30 days prior to the tour departure date, and only if the customer is paid in full.

About 30 days before your trip leaves, you’ll get an invite to a private Facebook group for your trip. Use this group as a chance to (virtually) meet your fellow travelers. Your Tour Director will also introduce themselves a few weeks before you leave.
